Please provide a color copy of a valid passport for ALL shareholders, owners and directors.

Note: We require a clear image showing four  corners of the passport and passport holder signature.

Please provide a copy of a voided check for the bank account you want funds deposited into. If you do not have checks, please provide a bank letter for the same account.

Note: Bank letter should include full company name, address, SWIFT and IBAN

A. Please provide your three (3) most recent business banking statements.

B. If your business account is brand new and you do not yet have three (3) statements, simply provide as many as you have available.

C. If your business account is brand new and you do not yet have any statements, please provide your account opening letter and your three (3) most recent personal banking statements.

Please provide your three (3) most recent processing statements.

Please provide a copy of your EU company documents as it is filed with government agencies (Certificate of incorporation, Memorandum, Appointment of Director, etc.) listing all shareholders and directors.

Note: Each European company must include at least one European resident. This can be a shareholder or director.

Please provide a copy of a utility bill less than 60 days old of all shareholders and directors.

Please provide proof of European physical presence. This can be achieved by providing tenancy agreement for physical office space within the European Economic Area, or the home address of a European director / shareholder.

Note: Virtual or mail forwarding offices are not acceptable.

Please provide a copy of your fulfillment /Licensing agreement signed by a shareholder, director or other authorized signatory. If in-house fulfillment, provide manufacturing agreement and paid invoice and / or purchase orders.

Please provide provide proof of your domain ownership. This can be obtain by your domain provider (Ex. GoDaddy etc.)
