Press the white Terminal Administrator Button (TAB) which you will find on the bottom right under the device's screen.
Select the Admin Menu and press the green button to confirm.
Enter the password 123456A using the keypad. The password is case sensitive so the "A" must be uppercase.
In the Admin Menu scroll down to Terta Admin and press the green button to confirm.
Scroll down to Configure WiFi and press the green button to confirm. The device will start scanning available for Wi-Fi signals.
Select the network but make sure to select the 2.4G signal and NOT the 5G signal as the 5G band does not work on Ingenico terminals.
Once the password has been entered and the Wi-Fi is active you can press the yellow button to go back to the Admin Menu.
In the Admin Menu scroll down to User Mode and press the green button to confirm. Enter the same password as before.
The Wi-Fi signal icon on the device should be green, if the icon is white it means that the terminal is not connected. If so, you can repeat the steps above or reach out to your suppor team for assistance.

Select Configure Download and check the current setting listed under Network Type.
If this needs to be adjusted simply select Network Type and scroll to the desired type method, then press the green button to confirm.
Press the yellow button to go back to the Download Application screen and select Start Download.
Depending on your internet speed a download should take about 5 minutes to complete. You will know this has occurred when you see the logo on the front screen.

Your merchant portal can be accessed with the username and password that were sent to you in your welcome email. We strongly advise to use a Chrome browser for best results.

Remove all protective materials (both on the screen and on the back charging connector) and power up the terminals using the power button on the left-hand side.
Load receipt paper into the terminals by following the diagram images under the lid.
Swipe down on the screen and toggle the WiFi to "on". Then select your network and enter the associated password.
Select the PayAuth application and swipe right on your screen, then update the application on the lower left side of the terminal.
With the device turned on simply select "Start Transaction" and you are ready to begin accepting payments.
Disconnect from the current Wi-Fi network and reconnect. If you selected cellular as an option, ensure that connectivity is enabled.
If transactions shows a "Paid" status, the customer was charged. If they shows a "Declined" status, the customer was not charged.
Your merchant account is set to next day funding, except for weekends and bank holidays.
There is no option to refund a transaction directly from the terminal, all refunds must be done in cash or store credit.
Apple Pay is not available with this debit solution, only tap-to-pay transitions with a PIN number are allowed.
At this time our devices only support AT&T SIM cards. If and when more networks are added, we will certainly inform you.
Navigate to the main menu, access settings and scroll down to Time Zone so that you can manually set it.
Sometimes the text will not fit on the screen due to perspective compatibility. Simply navigate to the main menu, access settings, select Display and set the font size.
As a first measure, simply restart the application. If this does not work, you can attempt a hard reboot on the device.
If neither of these solutions work, just give us a shout!
Try to hold the power button and select reboot, then swipe right on the screen and select Update App. You can also remove the battery, plug it back in and then power the device on.
