Sidglo processes all ACH transactions in accordance with the NACHA Operating Rules. Account Holder agrees to comply with these rules and acknowledges that Sidglo is not liable for delays, rejects, or processing errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete account information provided by the Account Holder.

• Sidglo may suspend payouts or services until outstanding amounts are resolved.

This authorization shall remain in effect until revoked by the Account Holder upon at least ten (10) business days’ prior written notice, or until any applicable agreement between the parties is terminated in accordance with its terms. Revocation of this authorization does not relieve the Account Holder of any payment obligations incurred prior to the effective date of revocation.
